Allan Munyao
LL.B (Moi University), Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law), LL.M (University of Exeter)

Allan Munyao Mukuki is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is a holder of an LL.M in Public International Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. He is also the holder of an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nairobi, School of Law as well as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. 

His work experience includes: Advocate of the High Court of Kenya; Doctoral Fellow at Strathmore Law School; Trainee Advocate at A.F Gross Advocate; Legal Researcher for Legal Institutes, a High Court Judge and a governmental agency in Kenya; Legal Assistant under the office of the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary deployed at the Family registry in the High Court; Moot Trainer with the University of Nairobi and Strathmore Law School; as well as a Legal Consultant for the Kenya Magistrate and Judges Association among others. 

 

Further, he has presented papers in international law conferences as well as published a number or articles and books. 

 

During his free time, Allan is dedicated to service in his local church as well as education for the less fortunate children and mentorship causes in the society through his Education Foundation.
