Caroline Gichuki

Caroline Gichuki is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an administrator at Strathmore University School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is completing a Master of Laws at Strathmore University, where her thesis looks at copyright law for AI-generated works in Kenya. Her research interests cover family law, intellectual property law and technology law. Before moving into academia, Caroline was a journalist at Nation Media Group for two years. She wrote feature articles on business, legal and lifestyle topics for the Business Daily, Daily Nation and The EastAfrican.
