Sharlene Kapere and Sanjana Ragu as the Editors in Charge of Peer Review.

The team is also made up of other board members and senior editors: Larry Chula, Natalie Otieno and Ashley Adipo.

The event was graced with the presence of the SLS Dean, Dr. Peter Kwenjera; the Editor-in-Chief of Strathmore University Press, Professor Juan Riofrio and, Editor-in-Chief of the SLR Volume V (2019-20), Arnold Nciko. They addressed both the outgoing and incoming leadership. The Editorial Assistants that served this prestigious institution in the year 2020-21 were in attendance and were duly awarded. They include Bradley Wafula, Esther Nyakerario, Wambui Gichangi, Shanis Perseina and Dina Majanga.

While speaking at the event, Collins Okoh, the incoming Editor-in-Chief, emphasised the need to maintain excellence, the old-time philosophy and identity of the institution.
