Bio

Kelvin Mbatia Wachira is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He has previously worked as a pupil at Kaplan & Stratton Advocates.

Kelvin’s interests lie in Public International Law, more so in the sub-fields of International Environmental Law, International Water Law and Law of the Sea. He is particularly interested in the interplay between climate change, water law, law of the sea and the general principles of Public International Law.
