Lucy Kithinji is the Program Manager for the Doctor of Laws (LLD) and Master of Laws (LLM) programme at Strathmore University, and an adjunct faculty member at Strathmore Law School.

She holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Education (Arts) (Economics and Accounting option) from the University of Nairobi, and has CPA Section III certification.

She has previously worked as an HIV Program Analyst at the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI), and as a Credit Analyst at Co-operative Bank of Kenya. Her professional interests include Health Economics, Cost-Effectiveness analysis, and Program Management (planning, implementation, and quality assurance). She is passionate about contributing to economic development in Kenya through efficient and effective systems that deliver optimal outcomes.
