Bio

Michelle Malonza holds an LLB (Hons) from Strathmore Law School. She is currently pursuing her Post- Graduate Diploma in Law at the Kenya School of Law.

Michelle is a Graduate Assistant at the Strathmore Law School. As an LLB student, she served as the Managing Editor of the Strathmore Law Review, Volume 5 as well as Project Lead of the End Rape Culture Project of the Human Rights Unit of the Strathmore Law Clinic.

She also serves as Graduate Research Assistant at the Policy Innovation Centre and works under the Director of National Partnerships. With a keen interest in academia, this position has widened the scope of her research interests which include gender and discrimination, health law and policy, restorative and transformative justice, decolonisation and legal history. Her present focus is on technology and the law with specific attention to privacy.
