Moses Antony Odhiambo – Teaching Fellow, Strathmore Law School | Assistant Lead, Center for Executive Education

Moses Odhiambo is a legal scholar and teaching fellow at Strathmore Law School, where he also serves as Assistant Lead at the Center for Executive Education. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) with Distinction from Strathmore University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Kenyatta University. He is also a qualified Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having completed the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law.

Moses brings rich experience in legal research, teaching, and consultancy. His academic and professional work spans legal risk, data protection, international trade, debt justice, and regional integration. He has served as a legal researcher and consultant with institutions such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), African Union, and COMESA, contributing to high-impact projects on governance, peacebuilding, and development.

He is actively involved in academia as an adjunct lecturer in several universities including Riara, Kenyatta, and Mount Kenya University. As a researcher and author, he has contributed to scholarly publications and presented at notable legal forums across Africa. His research interests lie in the intersection of law, governance, data, and long-term development futures for Africa.

Outside academia, Moses is a partner at OBLAW & Co. Advocates and a fellow of the Initiative for Longtermism in Africa (ILINA). He is also a skilled moot court competitor and legal mentor with a passion for empowering the next generation of legal thinkers.
